Get A Kid Reading With A Free Comic Book

Comic book fans of the world (or of Wall) today is your day to get the next generation to join your passion!

Saturday, May 2, is Free Comic Book Day, and stores in Monmouth and Ocean County are participating in the event.

More than 2 million comic books are expected to be distributed to young readers on Saturday, according to the event’s website.

Free Comic Book Day is an annual event held to help kick off Children’s Book Week, which runs from May 4 to 10.
