Local Spotlight: Wall Resident Named to Manasquan Savings Bank Board of Directors
Ann Noble, named by NJBIZ to be one of the Best 50 Women in Business in 2013, has been named to the Board of Directors for the local bank.

Manasquan Savings Bank has appointed Wall resident Ann Noble, President and CEO of Qual-Lynx, to its Board of Directors. At Qual-Lynx Ms. Noble oversees a regional claims-services organization which provides property and casualty claims administration.
A highly regarded finance and health care executive with significant corporate experience, Ms. Noble was honored in the NJBIZ Best Fifty Women in Business in 2013.

Vaccaro. “Not only does she bring finance experience to the Board. She understands the importance of being a true part of the community. She is an ideal fit for our organization.”

Ms. Noble served as the Vice President of Finance for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for ten years, and worked at Ernst & Young for eight years, ultimately becoming a Senior Manager in the health care firm’s financial consulting practice.
“In business, it’s critical to maintain a local focus, which is why I blend my work in the executive office with an ongoing commitment to charitable endeavors,” Ms. Noble says. “This sentiment is shared by the Manasquan Savings Bank Board of Directors, and I am honored to join their ranks.”

Among Ms. Noble’s charitable work is her role as founding member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of the Val Skinner Foundation. Ms. Noble helped form this not-for-profit organization, which has raised nearly $8 million for breast cancer initiatives focusing on women in their twenties and thirties. She was also a five-year member of the Board of Trustees for the Graeme Preston Foundation for Life, a grassroots organization which supports families and organizations in the community through financial assistance and volunteer efforts. Ms. Noble was honored by the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore as a Woman of Distinction in 2010.
Ms. Noble earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Seton Hall University and obtained her license as a Certified Public Accountant in 1987.
