MedExpress to Open Neighborhood Medical Center in Wall Oct. 17

WALL, N.J. (Sept. 17, 2018) – MedExpress Urgent Care, a neighborhood health care provider, will open a new neighborhood medical center in Wall Wednesday, Oct. 17, at 1919 NJ Route 35.

The Wall center will mark the opening by hosting an open house celebration Oct. 16 from 4 to 6 p.m., and by offering free flu shots to patients ages four and up Oct. 17-23.

With numerous locations statewide, the MedExpress Wall center will join nearby centers in Hazlet and Howell.

Walk-in treatment is available for everyday illness and injury – including treatment for common fall and winter ailments such as colds, flu and upper respiratory infections – as well as more advanced services including X-rays, IVs, labs, minor surgery, stitches and treatment for broken bones, sprains and strains. Local employers can use MedExpress for employer health services that include workers’ compensation, injury care, pre- and ongoing employment screenings, physicals and regulatory exams. Basic wellness and prevention services include sports physicals, routine physicals and immunizations to help Wall residents maintain good health and well-being.

The Wall center will have multiple exam rooms, a procedure room and an X-ray suite. The center will be open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with no appointment necessary. The center will be staffed by a full medical team that includes medical providers, nurses, radiologic technologists and customer service representatives.
