MedExpress to Open Neighborhood Medical Center in Wall Oct. 17

WALL, N.J. (Sept. 17, 2018) – MedExpress Urgent Care, a neighborhood health care provider, will open a new neighborhood medical center in Wall Wednesday, Oct. 17, at 1919 NJ Route 35.
The Wall center will mark the opening by hosting an open house celebration Oct. 16 from 4 to 6 p.m., and by offering free flu shots to patients ages four and up Oct. 17-23.
With numerous locations statewide, the MedExpress Wall center will join nearby centers in Hazlet and Howell.

The Wall center will care for people of all ages, providing urgent care, employer health services and basic wellness and prevention services. Walk-in treatment is available for everyday illness and injury – including treatment for common fall and winter ailments such as colds, flu and upper respiratory infections – as well as more advanced services including X-rays, IVs, labs, minor surgery, stitches and treatment for broken bones, sprains and strains. Local employers can use MedExpress for employer health services that include workers’ compensation, injury care, pre- and ongoing employment screenings, physicals and regulatory exams. Basic wellness and prevention services include sports physicals, routine physicals and immunizations to help Wall residents maintain good health and well-being.

The Wall center will have multiple exam rooms, a procedure room and an X-ray suite. The center will be open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with no appointment necessary. MedExpress accepts all major insurance plans and offers affordable pricing for people without insurance. The center will be staffed by a full medical team that includes medical providers, nurses, radiologic technologists and customer service representatives.
