Neptune Woman Charged With Hindering By Wall Police
Minor drug possession and drunken driving arrests recently as well.

A Neptune woman was arrested and charged with giving a false name to a police officer Wednesday, police said.
Asia Sims-Anderson, 21, was arrested and charged with hindering her own apprehension following a traffic stop on Route 138. Knowing she had active warrants for her arrest, Sims-Anderson gave a fake name to the arresting officer, Patrolman James Cadigan, Sgt. Sean O’Halloran said.
Deborah Peterson, 48, of Wall was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Curtis Ave. around 1:40 a.m. Thursday, O’Halloran said. Patrolman James Cadigan was the arresting officer.

Leotaire Jean Jr., 23, of Irvington, Essex County, was arrested and charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering his own apprehension following an investigation of a suspicious car on Route 35 around 1:35 a.m. Thursday, O’Halloran said.
Jean was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, O’Halloran said. His bail was not immediately available.Â
