A Wall Township cheer squad will compete in for a national championship when the girls travel to Florida next month for the American youth Cheer National Championships.
The Wall team, comprised chiefly of elementary school girls, will compete in Florida on Dec. 15 for a national title after taking first place in the Big East Regional competition, held at the Sun Bank Arena in Trenton on Saturday.
The win in Trenton followed another first place finish in October, when the squad of 16 girls won the Jersey Shore American Youth Cheer Competition in their division.
