Wall Election Results 2017: 2 Newcomers Win School Board Seats
Ann Marie Conte, an independent and Township Committee incumbent, was defeated in her re-election bid.

WALL, NJ — The Wall Township Board of Education will have some new faces beginning in January after two new people were elected to the board Tuesday.
According to unofficial results, Allison Connolly, the current board president, was the top vote-getter with 2,867 votes. She will be joined by Christopher San Filippo (2,825) and Kenneth F. Wondrack (2,777). Incumbent board member Robin Lynch lost her re-election bid. Jeffrey Seidel, who currently holds a seat, did not seek re-election.
The Township Committee will have a new face as well, as independent candidate Ann Marie Conte lost her re-election bid. Incumbent Republican George Newberry and his GOP running mate Carl Braun were the top two vote-getters.
