Wall HS Forum Focuses On Vaping, Marijuana Use By Teens
The event includes a health fair as well as information on the issues surrounding marijuana use and vaping.

WALL, NJ — As the state and national discussion about vaping and marijuana legalization grows, so too grows the debate about safety and other issues surrounding the two.
What is vaping? What's new with marijuana? Is this really the weed of the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s?
The Wall Township Schools invite parents and teenagers to attend a forum that will answer these questions and more on Monday, Jan. 14, in the Eva Applegate Theatre at Wall Township High School.

"Every parent and teenager needs to hear this national and world renowned speaker Kevin Sabet talk on the issues surrounding this new genetically modified (GMO) form of marijuana that has become detrimental to our youth's physical, mental, social and academic wellness and success," Alysa Fornarotto-Regenye, the district student assistance counselor, tweeted Wednesday.
There will be a health fair that begins at 6 p.m. and the forum, titled "Impact of Marijuana Use and Communities," begins at 7 p.m.
