Eighth grader wins Hispanic Heritage Month contest

Kevin Dixson, an eighth-grader at Wall Intermediate School, was the third-place winner in Optimum and Olympusat. Inc.'s fifth annual Hispanic Heritage Month essay contest.  At the ceremony attended by Assemblyman David Rible, Kevin read his award-winning essay and received a Netbook from Cablevision representatives.
