Wall Schools Cancel After-School Activities Amid Storm

The deteriorating road conditions prompted officials to cancel the activities.

WALL, NJ — The Wall Township School District has canceled all after-school activities on Monday due to the winter storm moving into the area.

The district announced the cancellation about 12:30 p.m. and said it includes the WRAP program at the elementary schools.

"(The) road conditions are rapidly deteriorating and we need to make a decision that is in the best interest of staff and students," Superintendent Cheryl Dyer said in the announcement.
