Brightview Wayne Welcome Center is Now Open

Brightview Senior Living, a leading builder, owner and operator of vibrant senior living communities, is excited to welcome the Wayne community to be a part of the latest resort-style independent, assisted living and memory care community located at 1139 Hamburg Turnpike. The 190-apartment monthly-rental community will serve Serving Passaic, Sussex, Morris, and Bergen Counties in Northern New Jersey, in addition to Manhattan, New York and is slated to open in the Summer of 2021.

The welcome center, now open, allows visitors to get a glimpse of Brightview Wayne’s amenities, which include ample outdoor space for dining, gardening and activities, a 24-hour concierge, full-service beauty salon, pub, movie theater, private dining rooms, multipurpose great room for entertainment, a café, library, art studio, and senior-friendly fitness center with a juice bar.

Brightview Wayne’s residents will be the first to live in the community’s new apartment homes designed specifically with senior living in mind. The community features deluxe studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with one or more baths designed for safety and comfort. Many residences have a balcony or patio, in addition to large windows, a fully-equipped kitchen (for independent living residents), 24-hour emergency management system, storage and emergency generator back-up.
