Children Ages 0-5 Years Invited to Seussical Celebration & Open H
Family Event Open to the Public Sponsored By the ABC Early Childhood Learning Center at the Wayne YMCA
[WAYNE, March 16]— In March we celebrate National Reading Month and Dr. Seuss’s birthday. What better way to celebrate his birthday with some fun and learning at the ABC Early Childhood Learning Center within the Wayne YMCA? Families with children ages 0-5 years old are welcome to join in on a day of family fun! This free family event will take place at the Wayne YMCA on Saturday, March 30 from 10:30am-12:30pm. The Wayne YMCA is located at 1 Pike Drive, Wayne, NJ 07470. All families with children between 0-5 are welcome to participate.
Activities that showcase the variety of programming offered within the ABC Early Childhood Learning Center include art, STEM, and movement. Children will be able to participate in the dry swimming program as well. There will also be an exclusive presentation for JFK Elementary School families at 12 pm to meet the directors and learn more about kindergarten enrichment, afterschool care, and more.
A sports activity instructed by our Gym Specialist will be from 11:15-11:45am. A Music + Movement activity instructed by our Dance Specialist will be from 11:45am-12:30pm. Center tours will be offered every 20 minutes throughout the event time and enrollment information will be available. Those who register for the 2019-2020 school year can save up to $500 on their child’s monthly tuition.

All attendees are asked to participate in a social responsibility service project. We are collecting new towels, wash clothes, pillows, pillowcases, summer clothing for children age 5-17, as well as backpacks, flashlights, sleeping bags, zip lock bags and batters for Camp Dreamcatcher!
