Longtime Fort Lee Pizzeria Helping Families Get Into The Back-To-School Groove

Franco's Metro Restaurant & Bar is trying to make life a little easier for local families.

FORT LEE, N.J. — A longtime borough restaurant is trying to help families ease back into the school-year routine.

Franco's Metro Restaurant & Bar is holding its family and community week Sept. 19 through 25. The restaurant has been in Fort Lee for 40 years and runs the special annually.

The restaurant features family-friendly meals at a discount.

"It is all about the fantastic families that make up this wonderful community," said general manager Gene Bazzarelli. "We have been serving these families for decades, this is our 'thank you,' if you will.
