PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ – Visiting hours at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital were extra special on Tuesday.

Pediatric patients were visited by Queen Isabella and the Blue Knight from Medieval Times in honor of National Random Acts of Kindness Week, an effort that encourages people to do small, simple acts to give back.

Besides meeting and greeting the kids, the royal visitors also handed out special gifts to help brighten patients’ day.

Tuesday marks the first time performers from the popular Lyndhurst show visited the Paterson hospital.
