New Retailer To Replace Willowbrook Mall Lord & Taylor Store

WAYNE, NJ — After retailer Lord & Taylor closed in 2020, Willowbrook Mall was down an occupant, and area shoppers were down a store. That's over now.

Hilco Global announced that, through a joint venture with Gordon Brothers, a new retailer, Shopper's Find, will open in the old Lord & Taylor location in Wayne.

Shopper's Find "is the department store for every shopper, offering savings of up to 60% off apparel for women, men, and children, fine jewelry, cosmetics, fragrances, handbags, footwear, designer furs & accessories, home décor, rugs, furniture, small appliances, mattresses, and much more," according to a news release from Hilco Global.

The Wayne store is one of two in the U.S., with the other located in the Natick Mall in Natick, Mass.

Store hours in Wayne are as follows:

• Monday through Thursday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Sunday: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Lord & Taylor, the oldest U.S. department store chain, closed its Willowbrook Mall location after filing for bankruptcy in August 2020. In New Jersey, locations in Rockaway and Livingston were also to close, the company said at the time.
