The ramps are part of a $40.8 million project designed to improve traffic on Route 3 and 46, Valley Road, and at the Notch and Rifle Camp Road interchange.
The project started in January 2016. A new two-way service road, three traffic lights and two single-lane roundabouts parallel to Route 46 West will be installed to eliminate traffic from Route 46.
