Wayne Chick-Fil-A Announces Grand Opening Date
It is the first Chick-fil-A in Passaic County and 45th location in New Jersey.
WAYNE, NJ - Chick-fil-A will officially open its Wayne Towne Center restaurant on Nov. 21.
Located at 88 Willowbrook Boulevard, the new restaurant will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays.
The 5,300-square-foot restaurant features 116 seats inside, community tables with recycled Coca-Cola chandeliers and a two-story, indoor children’s playground. There is also additional outdoor seating for eight and four designated parking spots for guests to receive their orders placed through the Chick-fil-A app, the chain said. It does not include a drive-thru, however.

The new location is owned and operated by Zach Ayers, who started with the chain 14 years ago, as a team member. He continued working at Chick-fil-A after high school, using Chick-fil-A scholarship money he was awarded to earn a communications degree from Kennesaw State University, according to the chain.
While in college, Ayers, a NASCAR fan, joined a private league for youth racers for Andretti Indoor Karting and worked his way all the way up to the third highest North America stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR.
Ayers made the decision to shift careers and began focusing on Chick-fil-A. In December 2016, he was accepted into corporate’s leadership development program and became operator of the Wayne location earlier this year.
The restaurant is the first Chick-fil-A in Passaic County and New Jersey's 45th location.
