Wayne Hills graduate Joe Curcio joins the Felician University Golden Falcons for the 2021 season.
RUTHERFORD, NJ — Joe Curcio, a Wayne Hills graduate, will complete his college baseball career at Felician University, the program announced Thursday.
The outfielder began his college career at Division-I Long Island University-Brooklyn, and earned Second-Team all-Northeast Conference honors as a freshman in 2017. Prior to his junior year, he transferred to Pace University.
In 12 games for the Setters last season, he was 14 for 36 (.389) with eight extra-base hits, 21 runs scored and 11 runs batted in when the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of the season.

"Offensively, Joe has the ability to be one of the most dominant players in the northeast," said Felician assistant coach and recruiting coordinator Dustin Javins. "But his leadership and drive are what set him apart from most other college baseball players. He has placed his trust in our coaching staff to put him in the best situation possible for his future."
A 2016 graduate of Wayne Hills, Curcio was a two-time all-Passaic County selection.
He joins Wayne Valley graduate, and freshman catcher, Zach Kasperowicz on the 2021 roster.
