Wayne Hills FB Player’s Catch Makes ESPN Top 10

ESPN later showcased the move as its No. 5 play of the day during its top 10 countdown.

WAYNE, NJ – A Wayne Hills football player’s amazing catch during a game Saturday night not only helped the team win over its rival, but also snagged a spot on ESPN SportsCenter’s Top 10 plays.

Senior Christian Puntolillo, who made a one-handed catch while laying flat on the ground after the football bounced off his other hand and again off his chest.

Wayne Hills beat Wayne Valley 14-7 and ESPN later showcased the move as its No. 5 play of the day during its top 10 countdown and sportscasters praised Puntollio for his "terrific concentration."

On its Facebook page Wayne Hills football team reposted a video of the countdown, writing, "ESPN #5!"
