Wayne Summer Concert Series Begins Wednesday
There will be a mix of country, rock 'n roll, and the 50s through the 80s.
WAYNE, NJ — The township's Summer Concert Series begins Wednesday.
The schedule for the performances is:
- Emerald Experience, a versatile band offering a variety of dance music, Wednesday
- Gunsmoke, performing songs by legendary country music artists, July 10
- Route 80's Band, offering a "musical and visual" experience invovling songs from the 1980s, July 24
- The Kootz, performing a mix of rock, pop, and blues from the late 1950s through 1970s, July 31
- Reminisce, playing music from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s, Aug. 14
Performances will be at the front lawn of the Municipal Complex from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Gourmet food trucks will be selling food at each performance.
The Wayne Interfaith Food Pantry will host a food drive at each performance. Non-perishable goods are needed.
