WAYNE, NJ — July 4th is quickly approaching, which means it's time to fire up that barbecue and find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you this Independence Day. We gathered up all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Wayne so you can start planning now.

What: Wayne Police Athletic League fireworks
Where: Wayne Hills High School, 272 Berdan Ave.
When: July 3, with a rain date of July 7

Johnny Zeppoli will sell food, including hot dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, sausage and pepper sandwiches, cheesesteaks, French fries, Zeppolis, lemonade, and other drinks.

There will be carnival rides.

The gates open at 6 p.m. Admission costs $10 per family. Tickets will be available at the gate or at the Wayne Police Athletic League at 1 PAL Drive.

Clifton Fireworks

Clifton's fireworks will be July 4 at Memorial Park July 4 from noon to 10 p.m. There will be family races and events between 1 and 3 p.m. Food vendors, health screenings, clowns, free activities, and kids' rides will be there.

The fireworks display will be at the Clifton High School Stadium at dusk. Tickets cost $3 per person. They are available at the Clifton City Clerk's Office.
