Win Free Food For A Year Wednesday Night At Wayne’s Chick-Fil-A

WAYNE, NJ – Chick-fil-A is celebrating the grand opening of its Wayne Towne Center location with a special giveaway for 100 customers.

On Wednesday, Dec. 4 from 5 to 8 p.m., the restaurant will hold a “First 100 Red Carpet Rollout," which awards a year's worth of free food.

The event is one that takes place at each new Chick-fil-A restaurant and typically draws very large crowds, so the company recommends arriving early, bringing a chair and dressing for the weather.

Participants need to be at least 18 years old, have a valid, government-issued photo ID and live within the “eligible zip codes,” according to the company. (See below for list of zip codes).

The winners will be selected by a random drawing, the company said. The first 100 will get a grand prize of one Chick-fil-A meal per week for a year, which equates into 52 meals. That includes a sandwich, medium waffle potato fries and a medium drink.

Located at 88 Willowbrook Boulevard, the new restaurant officially opens Thursday. It’ll be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays.

The 5,300-square-foot restaurant features 116 seats inside, community tables with recycled Coca-Cola chandeliers and a two-story, indoor children's playground. There is also additional outdoor seating for eight and four designated parking spots for guests to receive their orders placed through the Chick-fil-A app, the chain said. It does not include a drive-thru, however.

The shopping plaza where the chicken chain is located is adjacent to Willowbrook Mall and is also home to two other restaurants, Shake Shack and Cava.

The restaurant is the first Chick-fil-A in Passaic County and New Jersey's 45th location.
