$1M Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Gloucester County

The Wawa at 856 Mantua Park in Woodbury Heights sold one of three $1 million winning tickets that were sold in New Jersey for Wednesday night’s drawing, according to lottery officials.

The ticket matched five of the five white balls, winning the $1 million second-tier prize. The winning numbers for the Wednesday, January 20, drawing were: 40, 53, 60, 68, and 69. The Red Power Ball number was 22. The Multiplier number was 03.

The Powerball game is played by matching all five white balls in any order and the red Powerball number. The odds of picking the correct Powerball grand prize numbers are one in 292,201,338. One of six $50,000 winning tickets sold in New Jersey for Wednesday night's Powerball was also sold in Camden County. The third-tier ticket was sold at the Wawa at 201 West White Horse Pike in Berlin. It matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball.

Both of those tickets were for the Mega Millions game, which now sees a jackpot of $970 million. The next Mega Millions drawing is Friday night.

The Powerball resets to $20 million for Saturday night’s drawing.
