Accidents on 295 Lead to Hour-Long Delays

Commuters should expect delays after a pair of accidents along I-295 northbound Thursday afternoon.

As of 5:16 p.m., an accident at Exit 25 (along Route 45 in West Deptford Township) has closed all lanes. Traffic is being detoured off at Exit 23. About a 25-to-30-minute delay is expected.

Then, further up the road on the northbound side, an overturned tractor-trailer by Exit 26 and I-76 in Bellmawr has closed all lanes. A detour is in effect, but drivers can expect an hour-long delay.
