Book Signing With Lidia Bastianich At West Deptford ShopRite

WEST DEPTFORD, NJ - Emmy award-winning public television host, bestselling author, successful restaurateur and owner of a flourishing food and entertainment business, Lidia Bastianich, will appear at Zallie’s ShopRite of West Deptford for a book signing, Saturday, Dec. 8, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. ShopRite of West Deptford is located at Route 45 and Parkville Station Road.

Bastianich’s recently published memoir, “My American Dream: A Life of Love, Family and Food, Lidia’s Celebrate Like an Italian or Lidia’s Favorite Recipes,” will be available for purchase. Bastianich will take photos with customers and sign copies of her book.

“The ShopRite of West Deptford is as excited to welcome Lidia’s fans, as much as Lidia herself,” ShopRite Director of Marketing Giuliana Zallie said. “We’ll have several food stations set up for customers to sample Lidia’s pasta topped with her signature sauces, fresh baked Zallie’s Own Pane Rustico with partner product, Cento Olive Oil, plus Zallie’s Own Italian cookies, a traditional holiday favorite.”

In order to expedite the purchase of any of the three Lidia Bastianich books being sold, customers are asked to use the designated mobile cash register set up near the event space.

From there, customers will be directed to a line to meet the celebrity chef, have her sign in-store purchased books and pose for a photo. Customers should bring their camera-ready cell phone for a photo opportunity, and share to social media using #LidiaatShopRite using @zalliesown.
