Discounts Remain For Gloucester County Animal Shelter Pets

Adoption fees for all dogs and cats at the Gloucester County Animal Shelter will continue until further notice.

GLOUCESTER COUNTY, NJ — The Gloucester County Animal Shelter is still offering discounted fees for animals that are up for adoption.

Adoption fees for dogs and cats 6 years old and younger will be reduced to $35 until further notice, the animal shelter announced. Adoption fees for dogs and cats older than 6 will be completely waived.

“Right now, we want to encourage our residents to explore the shelter and see if one of the animals is right for your home,” Gloucester County Freeholder Director Robert M. Damminger said. “We’re overjoyed by the number of animals that have found forever homes during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
