Gloucester County Modifies Coronavirus Test Schedule For Easter

GLOUCESTER COUNTY, NJ — Gloucester County will not conduct testing for the coronavirus on Friday or Monday due to the Easter holiday, officials announced on Wednesday.

Testing at the Gloucester County Clayton County Complex, 1200 North Delsea Drive in Clayton, typically takes place Monday through Friday, beginning at 9 a.m.

Anyone who wants to be tested can call 856-218-0300 to be prescreened by Rowan Medicine. When calling, choose option #1 for Family Medicine then press #1 again to make an appointment. Callers must have their insurance information available. Residents don't have to be symptomatic to get tested.

Call takers will be available:

  • Monday and Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8 a.m. to noon

The site is a partnership between Gloucester County, Rowan University and Rowan Medicine, the Gloucester County Department of Health, and the Gloucester County Office of Emergency Management.
