RCGC Board of Trustees Recognize Roadrunners Wrestling Team

The Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC) Roadrunners Wrestling team was met with considerable fanfare at the College’s February board meeting, where the Board of Trustees recognized the Roadrunners for their Garden State Athletic Conference title win.

The team, led by first-year RCGC coach Dan Antonelli, captured the championship last January, beating out the Bergan Community College Bulldogs 63-3, the Middlesex County College Blue Colts 34-22 and the Camden County College Cougars 54-0.

The Garden State Athletic Conference is a junior college athletic association committed to providing academic and athletic opportunities and support to students of two-year community colleges in New Jersey.
