Riverwinds In West Deptford Praised For Outdoor Dining

WEST DEPTFORD, NJ — Riverwinds in West Deptford made a recent list of top outdoor dining spots in South Jersey.

Just before Memorial Day, Gov. Phil Murphy announced that New Jersey residents can stop wearing masks in certain indoor areas, and that they would no longer be required to maintain 6 feet of social distancing.

But people are welcome to wear masks inside, and they can stay as far away from everyone else as they wish.

Some New Jersey residents aren’t yet ready to make the full return to indoor dining. If you’re one of them, Visit South Jersey has put together a roundup of local South Jersey Summer Night restaurants that have “strong outdoor game.”

The list includes the Riverwinds, located at 1075 Riverwinds Drive in West Deptford.

"Riverwinds offers dinner, drinks and Delaware (River) views – including sunsets worth the trip," Visit South Jersey said in its assessment of the West Deptford staple.

Visit South Jersey is the official Destination Marketing Organization for Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Salem counties, and the Outer Coast Plain Wine Region in South Jersey. Here are the other restaurants that made the list:
