South Jersey Mega-Site Has Vaccinated More Than 83K Seniors

The mega-site, located at 1400 Tanyard Road in Sewell, still offers the Business and Corporate Center to seniors.

GLOUCESTER COUNTY, NJ — As of Thursday, 83,773 seniors have been vaccinated against the coronavirus at New Jersey’s mega-site at Rowan College of South Jersey, Gloucester County officials announced.

“Our seniors have been the most vulnerable population during the entire pandemic,” Gloucester County Commissioner Director Robert M. Damminger. “Gloucester County prioritizes the health and wellness of our seniors, so partnering with the state to get these appointments scheduled is a big help in our fight against COVID.”

The mega-site, located at 1400 Tanyard Road in Sewell, still offers the Business and Corporate Center to seniors coming there to receive the vaccine. Seniors must be scheduled to receive the vaccine. Seniors age 65 and older are able to access free, dedicated COVID-19 vaccine appointments.
