South Jersey Woman Dumped Body Near Railroad Tracks: Reports
A Vineland woman who was seen on video moving a dead body by wagon late last year has been indicted, according to published reports.
VINELAND, NJ — A woman who reportedly moved and dumped a dead man’s body ear railroad tracks in Cumberland County last year has been indicted after she was arrested while wearing the victim’s shirt.
Although 34-year-old Shannon R. Difonzo, of Vineland, has not been charged in the man’s death, she has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of desecrating human remains and conspiracy, nj.com reports.
No one else has been charged in the case, and the cause and manner of his death are still under investigation, according to the report. Media outlets that have reported on this case have not identified the victim.

Police had identified the man and spoken to his girlfriend, who said he was wearing a shirt with the logo for the movie “It” on it when he disappeared, according to The Daily Journal. Difonzo was wearing a similar shirt when she was arrested in November.
Police searched Difonzo’s house after reviewing video that showed two people moving the body in a small wagon, according to literock969.com. A small plastic wagon was found in her home. The other person in the video was not identified.
