West Deptford High School Boys Basketball Team Is Playoff Bound
The Eagles are the No. 5 seed in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 2 tournament.
WEST DEPTFORD, NJ — The West Deptford High School boys basketball team will begin its quest for a South Jersey title at home.
The Eagles are the No. 5 seed in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 2 playoffs and will host No. 12 Delran in the first round on Monday, Feb. 25, 7 p.m., according to nj.com.
The winner will play the winner of the game between No. 4 Haddon Heights and No. 13 Cedar Creek in the quarterfinals on Feb. 27. The semifinals are set for March 1, with the championship game set for March 4.

West Deptford is 18-2 this season, with its only losses coming to potential quarterfinal opponent Haddon Heights and Haddonfield, according to nj.com. At 20-1, Haddonfield is the top seed in the tournament.
