Commuting Complaints? Share Them With The DOT In Westfield
DOT Commissioner Diane Gutierrez-Scaccetti and NJT Executive Director Kevin Corbett will be in town to discuss concerns.
WESTFIELD, NJ - Those who are concerned about Raritan Valley Train Line and the commute from Westfield are invited to share their thoughts Wednesday with Department of Transportation Commissioner Diane Gutierrez-Scaccetti and New Jersey Transit Executive Director Kevin Corbett.
The meeting is scheduled to take place on the south side of the Westfield Train Station a 5 p.m. and is an opportunity to share thoughts directly with the DOT.
"I recognize this is an incredibly inconvenient time, especially for commuters, but it’s the only option they gave us," Mayor Shelley Brindle said. "It’s important that we have a crowd so if you can’t make it send a surrogate."
