WESTFIELD, NJ — Meet Bella! She has been chosen as Springfield Patch's Pet Of The Week. Nominate your pet for Westfield's Pet of the Week!

"I would like to nominate my dog, Bella, as she is one of the best dogs my family has ever raised. She brings us happiness as soon as we walk through the front door. I’ve never seen a dog with such personality, both joyful and sassy.

It will be 10 years in August that we’ve had her and she still continues to shock us with her actions. Although she isn’t a fan of baths or the groomers (what dog is) she does love going for rides in the car, going for daily walks and so much more.

Of course she enjoys eating human food more than anything else, we consider her as a member of our family! Which is why we believe she should be Pet of the week!

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com. Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the part of town you're from. You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today.
