Residents Invited to Interactive Mental Health Webinar

The Union County Board of Commissioners invites all Union County residents to "Covid-19 Blues – What does normal feel like?"

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, The Union County Board of Commissioners invites all Union County residents to attend an informative webinar titled “Covid-19 Blues – What does normal feel like?” on Wednesday, May 26, beginning at 6:00 p.m.

“The Covid-19 pandemic has been a time of great stress, and this presentation will provide helpful guidance and resources as we prepare for a new normal,” said Board of Commissioners Chairman Alexander Mirabella.

This event will be presented by the New Jersey Mental Health Players in partnership with the Union County Office on Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse and the Mental Health Association of New Jersey.

The focus will be on fear, anxiety, isolation, stress and the many other emotions that residents have experienced during these unprecedented times. There will also be an educational discussion on the “new normal” and healthy ways to assist with getting there.
