A major highway had a big shutdown in New Jersey on Tuesday near the Garden State Parkway.

NEW JERSEY – A major highway shutdown was plaguing commuters on Tuesday morning.
Enough rough weather caused flooding that led to a shutdown of Route 22 eastbound in Union County, authorities said.
The flooding was located on Route 22 eastbound in the area of the Garden State Parkway in Union Township.

All lanes were closed, and traffic was delayed by 10 minutes. As of 8:20 a.m., one lane was closed.
