Westfield Business Owner Opens Gluten Free Market In Cranford
Her new market caters to those with special diets and health needs, such as those on a gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, or paleo diet.

CRANFORD, NJ — Amanda Vargas, who already owns the dairy-free, gluten-free Fettle + Fare eatery in Westfield, cut the ribbon on Tuesday to open Fettle Market in downtown Cranford.
A Facebook page for Downtown Cranford explains, "In 2007, Amanda was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. In an effort to improve her health, Amanda cut out certain foods and added in bone broth. These changes improved her well-being to such a great degree that Amanda made the decision to open a business so she could share her newfound passion with the community. Fettle + Fare opened in Westfield in 2017 and soon had a loyal following."
The new followup, Fettle Market, is located at 4 Eastman St. in Cranford.

Vargas says in the social media post, “All of our food is gluten-free and dairy-free. This makes it so there’s no fear of cross-contamination. We’re also able to cater to a number of other dietary needs, like vegan and Paleo.”
Fettle Market is a grab-and-go spot with meals like soups and wraps. There are also snacks, supplements, drinks, and CBD products, according to Downtown Cranford.
