The Westfield Foundation is moving after more than 30 years at the Westfield train station.

The Westfield Foundation is moving after more than 30 years at the Westfield train station. Their new address is 940 South Ave. W, Unit #C, Westfield, NJ 07090. The new offices are located on the side of the building, with free parking available.
For 45 years, the Westfield Foundation has provided funding support in the areas of the arts, health, aging, historic preservation, social services and civic projects. The Foundation has granted $7.2M to over one hundred local organizations in and around Westfield. The Foundation works primarily with Westfield organizations, but has granted funds to various organizations in Union County.
In 2020, the Westfield Foundation distributed over $354,000 in grants to 25 different agencies, among them: Arts By the People, Caring Contact, Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless, Jewish Family Service of Central NJ, Westfield Neighborhood Council, and Youth & Family Counseling Service. The diversity of grant recipients is a testament to the fact that the Foundation’s grants impact many lives.

The foundation focuses on four sectors: Education, Health, Social Services and the Arts. For 2020, 25.2% of the grants were for educational requests, 27.3% for health, 28% for social services and civic, 8.5% the arts, 2.5% for mixed sectors and 8.5% for the WE Love Westfield Campaign.
