Westfield To Host Seminar Wednesday On Mental Health During Covid
Westfield's Mental Health council will run a free virtual seminar Wednesday night about mental health during the pandemic.

WESTFIELD, NJ — Westfield's Mental Health council will run a free one-hour virtual seminar Wednesday night, "Protecting Our Happy," meant to boost mental health during the pandemic.
"Join us for a powerful resilience webinar to help support your mental wellbeing during these challenging times," says the event description.
"For the first time ever, many may experience life with compromised mental health due to our new quarantined life. Within this program, I am out to leverage my mental health experience and wisdom to empower participants around their mental health and wellbeing during these times of uncertainty, social distancing, and isolation. My intention is to leave participants reconnected to the power of the mind combined with practical strategies that will empower them to better navigate this pandemic."
