Michael focuses his practice on business, commercial, and general litigation and has conducted numerous jury and bench trials in both New Jersey and New York. He has experience litigating a wide range of matters including employment-related disputes, personal injury claims, commercial lease disputes, class actions, Consumer Fraud Act claims, corporate/shareholder disputes, intellectual property litigation, estate disputes, legal malpractice claims, and secured property actions.

Michael earned a B.A. from Tufts University and received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. Michael is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and New York. He resides in Jersey City, NJ.

Colleen Buontempo, Healthcare Law

Colleen represents clients primarily in PIP arbitration. Colleen also has experience in a wide variety of legal areas, including criminal defense, automotive litigation, premises liability, worker’s compensation, negligent security, New York labor law, and products liability.

Edward Hilzenrath, Healthcare Law
