GoFundMe Created To Help Family Of Man Who Passed Away Suddenly

WEST BABYLON, NY — An online fundraiser was recently created to help the family of a West Babylon man who died suddenly last week.

George Zangle passed away on Friday, Dec. 11 leaving behind two sons. Following his death, a group of his close friends decided to come together to do something for the boys during these difficult times.

As a result, a campaign on GoFundMe, organized by Alyssa Musso, was started to help the family.

"Losing a family member, let alone a parent, weeks before Christmas, is something nobody should ever have to worry about," Musso said. "Our goal is to raise funds for both Zack and Kyle for any unexpected costs."

The goal of the page is to raise a total of $10,000 for Zangle's family. As of Friday, the community has raised $8,710.
