BABYLON, NY— Argyle Falls, the Babylon Village landmark located in Argyle Park, will soon have a new official designation.

Village board members approved a resolution in November to rename the waterfalls to Ralph A. Scordino Memorial Falls. The park will remain Argyle Park.
Scordino spearheaded the restoration of the falls that is currently underway.
