ICYMI: 'Murph Challenge' Honors Fallen Hero

In case you missed it, here's a story that appeared last week in the Babylon Patch:
BABYLON, NY — Dozens of athletes gathered at a Babylon gym last weekend to honor a fallen Long Island hero through a special fundraiser.
The event took place last Saturday at Babylon Crossfit on 158 E Main Street where about 40 athletes gathered to participate in a special workout to honor LT. Michael P. Murphy.

Murphy, a Navy SEAL from Patchogue, was killed in Afghanistan during Operation Red Wings in 2005 at the age of 29. He was awarded the Medal of Honor for his heroic actions.
