Meeting To Discuss Babylon Village Budget Set For Next Week
The hearing will be held to discuss the proposed $11.04 million budget for 2021-2022.
BABYLON VILLAGE, NY — A meeting to discuss Babylon Village's proposed $11.04 million budget has been scheduled for next week.
The proposed budget is a decrease from the 2020-2021 budget of $11.8 million. Before that in 2018 and 2019 the budget remained at about $11.2 million.
The 2021-2022 budget would include a 0.1565 percent increase in the tax rate.

The meeting to discuss the proposed budget has been scheduled for next Tuesday, April 5, starting at 7 p.m. Due to coronavirus restrictions, the meeting will be held via Zoom.
