West Babylon Man Charged With Possessing Child Pornography: PD
Officers conducted a search of the 67-year-old man's home and found child porn on his computer, police say.
WEST BABYLON, NY — A West Babylon man was arrested on Thursday for possession of child pornography, according to Suffolk police.
After receiving a tip from the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, officers launched an investigation into 67-year-old Brian Anderson, police said.
A search was done at his West Babylon home at 3:30 p.m. and he was taken into custody for child pornography found on his desktop computer, police said.

Anderson was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child. He is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on October 14.
The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact the Computer Crimes Unit at 631-852-6579.
