BAY TERRACE, QUEENS — A father-daughter team is opening an acai bowl and smoothie shop in the Bay Terrace Shopping Center next week.
Queens native Peter Kalogeropoulos and his two daughters, Olivia and Alexis, are behind the newest franchise location of SoBol, opening Jan. 15 in the shopping center.
Kalogeropoulos' daughters were working at a SoBol location in Wantagh, where the family lives, when they fell in love with the company and decided to sign on with their father as franchisees.
