BBQ Recipe: Baby Back Ribs

Baby back ribs are a barbeque party classic. Here's the recipe of Fairway's Chef Mitchel London:
BBQ Baby Back Ribs Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
- 2 half racks of baby back ribs
- Fairway kosher salt to taste
- Fairway black pepper to taste
- BBQ sauce to taste (see recipe, below; or use Fairway BBQ Sauce in schweet, shmokey, and hawt)
DIRECTIONS
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper the day before you cook them and refrigerate them overnight.
- Preheat your grill on medium for 15 to 20 minutes with the lid closed.
- Place the half racks in the center of the grill side by side, bone side down.
- Grill for 20 minutes.
- Flip the ribs over, and grill them for 20 more minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and place on a sheet pan.
- Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the ribs.
- Place your ribs in a preheated 300-degree oven and cook for 45 to 60 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven, and brush the meat side of the ribs with BBQ sauce again.
- Place ribs back in the oven, and cook for 10 to 15 more minutes.
- Place on a platter and enjoy.
