BBQ Baby Back Ribs Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 half racks of baby back ribs
  • Fairway kosher salt to taste
  • Fairway black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Season the ribs with salt and pepper the day before you cook them and refrigerate them overnight.
  2. Preheat your grill on medium for 15 to 20 minutes with the lid closed.
  3. Place the half racks in the center of the grill side by side, bone side down.
  4. Grill for 20 minutes.
  5. Flip the ribs over, and grill them for 20 more minutes.
  6. Remove the ribs from the grill and place on a sheet pan.
  7. Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the ribs.
  8. Place your ribs in a preheated 300-degree oven and cook for 45 to 60 minutes.
  9. Remove the pan from the oven, and brush the meat side of the ribs with BBQ sauce again.
  10. Place ribs back in the oven, and cook for 10 to 15 more minutes.
  11. Place on a platter and enjoy.
