BAYSIDE, QUEENS — The Bell Boulevard "Sunday Stroll" returns to Bayside's main commercial corridor this weekend for a day of live music, games, outdoor dining and shopping.

The Bayside Village BID's annual event is coming up this Sunday, Sept. 22, starting at noon. The five-hour fair will span Bell Boulevard between 38th and 42nd Avenues.

Highlights of the family-friendly event include a karaoke contest, bounce houses, a community art project and live music and a DJ to set the soundtrack throughout the day.

Bell Boulevard restaurants will create special menus for outdoor dining during the event, according to the business group.

Participating eateries include Taverna Kyclades, Bourbon Street Bar & Grille and Uncle Jacks' Meat House.

Last year's "Sunday Stroll" drew an estimated 2,000 attendees, according to the Facebook page for this year's event.
