Children's Holiday Parade Returns To Bayside For A Sixth Year
Santa Claus is coming to town.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — Santa Claus will soon be back in Bayside. The Bayside Village business improvement district's annual children's holiday parade and tree lighting ceremony returns on Sunday, Dec. 1.
Co-sponsored by City Council Member Paul Vallone, the sixth annual parade kicks off on Bell Boulevard at 36th Avenue, then heads down to 41st Avenue and ends with the Bayside Village BID's tree-lighting ceremony.
Parade highlights include caroling, marching band performances, holiday treats, costumed characters and a visit from Santa himself on top of an FDNY fire truck. There will also be a raffle for a Christmas tree, a decorated holiday wreath and dinner at OSP Bayside.
