IHOP Bay Terrace Location Poised For December Opening
The breakfast-restaurant chain is scheduled to start flipping pancakes at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center by the end of the year.
BAYSIDE, QUEENS — The International House of Pancakes is due to start serving breakfast in the Bay Terrace Shopping Center by the end of this year.
IHOP is scheduled to open in December, a representative for Cord Meyer Development, which owns the shopping center, told Patch.
It will be located in the vacant space next to the fashion retailer Express.

No opening date had been set when plans for the breakfast-restaurant chain's new location were revealed at the end of February.
It will be the breakfast spot's second location in Northeast Queens, according to the IHOP website. There is already one on Northern Boulevard in Murray Hill.
