This will be the breakfast spot's second location in northeastern Queens, according to the IHOP website. There is already one on Northern Boulevard in Murray Hill.
News of IHOP's impending arrival comes amid a period of turnover for the Bay Terrace Shopping Center, with the departures of fashion retailer American Eagle, Yankee Candle and local health food chain The Health Nuts.
